CONTRACTING WITH AMS

OASIS POOL 4 (R&D)

AMS, LLC is a subcontractor on the unrestricted One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Pool 4 multi-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle supporting research & development to the weapons development and integration directorate task order. AMS areas of responsibility include radio frequency and EO/IR sensor technology, guidance and control and weapon systems analysis, modeling & simulation and hardware prototyping. 

OASIS +

AMS, LLC was selected as an awardee of a One Acquisition Solutions for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS +) small business contract in the technical & engineering and research & development domains. Through this vehicle, AMS can support federal agencies’ procurement requirements for services-based solutions.  

EXPRESS Technical

AMS, LLC has a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) on the Expedited Professional & Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) contract. Since its inception in 1999 as a joint venture between two Huntsville contractors, AMS has supported the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) technical task orders for Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support and engineering services including analysis and modeling & simulation.  

Enterprise-Wide Agile Acquisition Contract (EWAAC)

AMS, LLC was selected as an awardee of the Enterprise-Wide Agile Acquisition Contract (EWAAC) IDIQ. The EWAAC is designed to rapidly cater to the Air Force’s weapons requirements, primarily emphasizing armament and the digital trinity.  

Other Transactional Authority (OTA) Consortiums

AMS, LLC is a member of a variety of Other Transactional Authority (OTA) consortiums which are rapidly evaluating promising technologies for Department of Defense efforts. Our membership includes the Defense Ordnance Technology Consortium (DOTC), the Aviation & Missile Technology Consortium (AMTC) and Cornerstone.
